This movie was shot in seventeen days.
Although made for video and cable TV, it did have a marginal theatrical release as many early 1990s films did. It played in New York CIty venues like The Bronx, but not in Manhattan.
When we first see Tinpan walk, his legs are stiff and his knees are locked. Later he strides like a human bending his knees.
