George Clooney’s career has evolved from a hot handyman dripping with charisma to a, well, hot Oscar-winning actor and producer dripping with charisma. But his resume isn’t all that’s changed in the past four decades – his hair has, too. Here is the long and short of it.
As a kid growing up in Kentucky, little George Timothy Clooney sported shaggy brown bangs. The hair doesn’t scream “George Clooney,” but the eyes and grin sure do.
1985 • Well into building an acting career, Clooney sat for a typical Hollywood-style photoshoot showing off his gorgeous wavy locks and fashionable (at the time) mullet.
1988 • A gig on “Roseanne” brought Clooney some notoriety… for both him and that fabulous head of hair.
1989 • Clooney hit the road to promote his new film “Red Surf” (notice the poster behind him) playing a — you guessed it — surfer who enjoys the lifestyle drug money brings him.

ChaCha put together a list of actors who have died the most in their movies. Topping the list is Robert De Niro with fifteen deaths, including ones in "Cape Fear," "Frankenstein" and "Jackie Brown." Bruce Willis also made the list and was actually killed twice by his ex-wife Demi Moore in "Mortal Thoughts" and "Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle." Brad Pitt is in top ten as well, but his deaths are a bit odd. He died in "Cool World," but returned as an animated character. He died in "Fight Club," but never actually existed. And he died in "Meet Joe Black," but came back as Death. The list is far from perfect, since it doesn't include Leonardo DiCaprio (The Departed, Titanic, Blood Diamond), Kevin Spacey (Se7en, American Beauty, La Confidential), Samuel L. Jackson (Deep Blue Sea, True Romance, Jurassic Park), or John Travolta (Pulp Fiction, Face/Off, The Punisher). Plus, there...

Following up on our news item last week regarding executive producer Greg H. Sims’ home-invasion thriller Behind Your Eyes, this scribe contacted Sims to get the 411 on the Southern California-shooting production. Written by Daniel Fanaberia and directed by Clint Lien, Behind Your Eyes is the first in-house feature for new production and distribution entity Vesuvio Entertainment Corporation, of which Sims is CEO (not Tri Coast as originally reported).
Writer and actor Fanaberia (who was brought to Sims’ attention by his turn in The Carpenter Part One: And So They Die, an indie film which Vesuvio has picked up for distribution and for sequels) pitched Behind Your Eyes to Sims in the fall of ’09. In an insanely quick turnaround, Sims attached director Lien, and Behind Your Eyes went before the cameras earlier this month.
"It's certainly the fastest turnaround from pitch to production that I've ever been involved with," said Sims...
