The title "Rama Dama" is the phonetic spelling of the German phrase "Räumen tun wir" as it would sound in Bavarian (Munich) dialect. "Räumen" means to clean up or to clear away (in this case, meaning rubble, debris and other remains of the war). The title therefore means something like "We're cleaning up"
