When the crew meets for the first time before the robbery, Otto throws a knife at a poster on the wall where it hits the a baby seal on a poster exactly between the eyes. Later in the movie the poster is undamaged.

Otto forces Archie into a barrel of sludge at the airport, waist deep. When Archie escapes the barrel, his clothes are dry.

When Ken crashes the car into the trash, trash appears in the car.

When Otto shoots the sleeves of Archie's suit in the airport, the hole in his left sleeve blows out before the shot.

Archie gets slapped on his left cheek by his wife in the courtroom. The welt shows up on his left cheek thereafter, but at 1:43:15 the welt is on his right cheek.

The wedge that Ken shoots out of the pulley was inserted from the wrong side; the weight on the rope would have loosened it rather than it holding safely.

When Otto uses sleight of hand to smuggle his gun past the metal detector, it is just the handgun. When he busts out of the closet, it has a silencer attached. The silencer should have set off the detector, being a large metal object in itself.

The lack of downward-dangle in Archie's tie when Otto is hanging him out of the window is not, in fact, caused by filming horizontally, but by Archie wearing a tie-pin.

After coming out of the airport building, Archie's suit looks as if it doesn't have the two bullet rips from Otto's gunshots. However, the bullet rips are there, but with Archie's movement, his suit has shifted slightly and the rips appear more to the front of his shoulders. The rips are in every subsequent shot.

When Otto shoots at Ken in the steam roller a central support bar for the steam roller's canopy blocks the shot from hitting Ken. Then when subsequent images of the steam roller are shown there is no central support bar.

The camera shot showing where the bullet is deflected is from a lower angle, making it appear to be at head level. The central support bar is seat-to-chest level and appears in every shot of the steam roller (except closeups of Ken, in which case the camera is positioned on the same plane as the central support bar).

When Ken is going through his stutter routine, trying to tell Archie where the Cathcart Towers Hotel is, he pantomimes an airplane to indicate an airport. After a few seconds, Archie realizes what he's doing, but he automatically jumps to the conclusion that it's Heathrow. There are two major airports servicing London, Heathrow and Gatwick. Archie already knew from Ken that the airport started with 'H', which rules out all other London airports.

When they realize George's safe is empty, Otto (Kevin Kline) tries to compose himself before bellowing "Disappointing!". This causes Jamie Lee Curtis, playing Wanda, to visibly smirk.

When George tries to attack Wanda by running over the desks in the courtroom, it's clearly someone else doing it. While the stuntman is a near-double, his mustache is fuller and darker.

When Otto chases Archie across the lawn, there are multiple shadows indicating at least three spotlights.

After the family walks in on Archie's striptease act, one shot facing the family (from behind Archie) shows that Archie is wearing dark briefs (only visible in the non-letterboxed version).

(at around 1h 28 mins) Archie tells Wanda to get her head down. She starts moving as such before he has finished his sentence.

When Otto fires his gun on the safe in the hideout, the gun makes the sound of a silenced weapon, but his gun is not equipped with a silencer.

At the beginning, when Wanda tells Ken that Otto's dad used to beat him up, Ken says "good", but his lips don't match his voice.

The crew and camera are visible in a mirror when Wanda visits Archie in his office for the first time.

When Wanda is talking to George in prison, crew equipment can be seen bobbing up and down over their heads.

While Ken is on the phone with George making final arrangements, a camera shadow falls across him.

When Archie opens his office door to let Wanda in, a shadow of the camera can be seen on his back.

The flat that Archie borrows has an E1 postal address, putting it on the north side of the Thames, but it has a view of Tower Bridge from the south side.

The garage with the safe is in an archway under a very wide railway viaduct. Dialogue between Wanda and Ken, however, places it in Fulham, which has no such viaduct.

It is hard to believe that in the time Wendy has possession of the locket, she does not ever open it and discover the safety deposit box key inside. Given that it has 'her' initial on the front it might be reasonable to expect her to open the locket to see if it has miniature family photographs inside, for example.

In the steamroller scene, Otto appears to have got himself stuck in solid cement, despite having crossed the wet cement only minutes before. Then when he gets 'crushed' his body sinks into wet cement and it squelches out under the roller. He should therefore have been able to escape.

The mic is reflected in a mirror in an early scene in George's flat.
