When the three Pantry Girls have become vampires and they walk down the hallway towards three of the Monster Squad boys, their reflection is visible in the mirror on the wall to the right of the screen.
When Dracula first looks at the crate housing Frankenstein's monster on the plane, the print on the crate reads FRANKENSTEIN BAVARIA. But when the Gillman brings up the crate from the bottom of the swamp, it now reads BAVARIA FRANKENSTEIN.
Just before leaving the airplane carrying him to America, Dracula strikes the pilot on the right side of the face. When he falls, the pilot is holding the left side.
The wolfman's clothes also repair themselves when he reassembles.
After the vortex closes, Phoebe moves from one end of the bench to the other and crouches down, lowering her head. In the reverse shot, she's back at the end she was originally at and simply lowers her head.
When Dracula is dropped out if tge plane it's daylight, which vampires can't be in.
In one scene Rudy is melting spoons to make silver bullets. Utensils aren't made from silver. MODERN silverware isn't made from silver (unless you have it specially made) but it was the norm in the 12th century England to the 1940's in America. That's where the term "silverware" started. You see the mom looking at silverware missing from a wooden chest with specific holes for specific pieces of cutlery; that's the way silver silverware was kept.
The squad goes in search of a virgin, although they are 12. Any one of them (or, if they really needed a girl, the 5 year old sister) could have just read the incantation themselves. It could, however, be a honest mistake on their part, with them not realizing it could've been Phoebe (the prologue with Van Helsing seems to lean towards the reader being a girl).
As the boys discover the crystal and one of them picks it up, it becomes clear the effect of the green sparking rays is achieved by pointing a laser at it from underneath, as the beam momentarily remains after the crystal is gone.
The picture that Rudy holds up is not a picture of Patrick's sister undressing, it's a picture of a blonde girl in a black shirt.
Not possible to fire a bullet completely made of silver without a cartridge with gun powder and firing mechanism unless it is a compressed air gun which the sound of the shot does not match that. This is a common mistake in all werewolf killing movies.
The wire and turnbuckle pulling Dracula across the ground toward the vortex are clearly visible.
When Dracula arrives at Sean's house and takes the dynamite to blow up the tree house, he actually throws it to the ground, not the tree house. In the next shot it is shown going thru the tree house window.
When Frankenstein's Monster is resurrected, Dracula extends a hand to him as though to help him up. The two freeze as if expecting to hear "cut" but the shot continues with the other monsters celebrating.
The movie opens on a scene of Dracula's castle in Transylvania. As the camera slowly pans, it shows two animals eating off the floor which are clearly nine-banded armadillos. These are found in the southern United States and Cenral America, not Transylvania. Maybe the director thought they looked like big rats? Not so much.
A few minutes later the vampire hunters confront a female vampire sucking the blood from what is clearly a Virginia Opossum. Again, not found in Transylvania.
These could be deliberate, as a homage to the movie "Dracula" (1931), where in Dracula's castle in Transylvania there are Armadillos and Opossums.

When the police are trying to stop Dracula one stands in front of him and fires 4 shots but you just hear 4 clicks as they forgot to dub gun shots onto the film.
When Phoebe is pleading, "Don't go Frankenstein, don't go away!" as he is being sucked into the vortex, in one long shot her mouth is clearly not moving.
In the scene where Del Crenshaw and his partner are speeding to Del's home in the police car and they approach Dracula's car, dialog is heard from his partner but the lips don't appear to be moving.
When Frankenstein's monster is holding on to Phoebe's fingers and than starts to get sucked into the vortex the long shot of him, you can see he is on a platform with wheels being pulled back.
During the vortex scene where Eugene is holding onto Petey, the wires holding up the dog are clearly visible.
Frankenstein's monster is called Frankenstein in the credits and by Phoebe several times. Frankenstein was the doctor who created the creature, not the creature. This point is even discussed by the characters in the film.
In the beginning of the movie where the bat changes into Dracula, the character is wearing a wedding ring when his hands hit the floor that disappears as he is standing up.
