During filming the actors spoke their native language, meaning the audio was recorded in French and German. This original recording is presumed lost. As the film was never sold to a French-speaking country and therefore never dubbed, nobody really wanted those recordings and they were probably thrown out with all other unneeded materials (like outtakes, deleted scenes etc.) when UFA cleared their vaults.
Walter Buschhoff and Hans Peter Hallwachs stood together in front of the camera in the series Forsthaus Falkenau. Hallwachs was seen in the recurring role as Dr. Reimers, Walter Buschoff belonged to the regular cast.
