(at around 45 mins) The professor's comments about the hyperactive behavior of his insects are accompanied by close-ups of different bugs moving around in their cages very quickly. However, in close-ups of Jennifer listening to him, many of the same bugs can be seen in their cages behind her, and they are completely still.
(at around 1h 00 mins) When Jennifer gets on the bus with the fly to find the bodies/killer, the bus makes a stop and the young man with the blonde hair behind her kissers the lady next to him as he gets off the bus. The next shots after that, the young man is still sitting behind Jennifer.

Lots of the scenes with the larvae, the amount of the larvae changes. One good example is the 'glove', there's first only three larvae on it which she also seems to shook off, then later on when inspecting it under the microscope it seems to be filled with larvae.
While in the car with the two men, Jennifer repeats the phrase, I'm sleepwalking. I need to wake up." But Professor McGregor doesn't teach her the phrase to wake up from sleepwalking until she meets him in the next scene of the movie.
The professor uses a microscope on a glove to look at a larvae. It does not work like that in real life, for the light cannot pass through the glove.
The first scenes take place in stormy weather. However it is apparent by the completely motionless trees in the background, that the wind is created by a fan, affecting only the branches in the foreground.
(at around 1 min) The girl in the opening is allegedly Danish, but clearly speaks Norwegian.
The sign at the bus service, visible at 1:06:10 (in the full length cut), shows that this bus is supposed to be driving from Zürich to Hausen am Albis. At 1:07:50 however, the mountain Säntis is visible in the background, which places the bus about 50 km east of the wrongly indicated bus line.
