      • Goofs
        When Francesco gets the roast out of the oven, he forgets to put on mitts, and uses his bare hands instead.

        If he did that with something truly straight out of an oven, he'd have dropped it immediately, and that reveals that the oven and its content are obviously cold.

        In an attempt to remediate, Nuti picks up mitts right afterwards.
