Deathsport

A follow-up of sorts to the film Death Race 2000 (1975), this film's failure at the box office scrapped all of the plans for a second follow-up film that would have been titled "Deathworld".

When a Destructocycle drives off a cliff, the cable it is attached to is clearly visible.

The print used for Shout Factory's 2011 DVD was a composite version consisting of an interpostive created for TV showings, missing all the violence and nudity, so a splicy 35mm theatrical print containing all of said material had to be reinstated into the print filling in the missing footage.
