The opening credits feature the credit "Based on a book by Richard Matheson", and does not give the title of the actual book, I Am Legend.
There is a 2-minute cold open with no logos or credits. The Warner Bros. logo comes on at the two-minute mark, followed by the opening credits.
In the title, the "O" that starts the word "Omega" is actually replaced with the Greek letter Omega.
