In a remote galaxy, the top leaders (Julio Peña) of a planet parallel to ours, but on the verge of collapse decide to send two aliens to Earth with the mission of preparing for a subsequent massive invasion. Given his youth and influence over the audience, it is decided that the two agents (Juan and Junior) adopt the appearance of the famous pop duo Juan and Junior, while their musical manager (Francisco Merino) in charge of performances in discoteques and other places.
Very mediocre film concerting a silly plot about two extraterrestrial who replace the famous singers Juan and Junior , that's why throughout the film they meet their doppelgangers . Along the way , they have some intimate romances and the diversion take place in Santiago de Compostela where was efficiently shot . The plot is simple and idiotic , here we find us a sad drama without interest enough , a simplicity in its narrative, happening few incidents with no the due attractiveness . However , turning into a romantic drama about a pair of young lovers : Junior and Maribel Martin . The film avoids placing the protagonists in greater events than their own personal problems and a supposedly extraterrestrial invasion to take place some years later . The environment , society, the church, do not influence the decisions nor do they transmit . The obvious budget limitations try to avoid the inevitable , that the environment surrounding these characters bears little resemblance to the one photographed in which almost nothing happens like in most movies at the time . A slow and embarrassing script that doesn't make sense , being written by Juan García Atienza , Juan Antonio Porto and Pedro Olea himself .
It displays a colorful cinematography by cameraman Manuel Rojas , completely shot in location Santiago de Compostela . Including catching songs written by Juan Pardo & Antonio Morales or Junior such as : Say You'll Gonna give , Me Nothing But Love , Tus ojos , One Other Day, Todo lo que el viento se llevó , Tiempo de amor, Anduriña . The motion picture was lousily directed by Pedro Olea. This fine director is an illustrous writer and filmmaker . His first film was : ¨Días de viejo color¨ (1968) , it was intended to be a generational comedy of nights and constant drunkenness , Días de viejo color including music from by Luis Eduardo Aute ; Nocturno written by José Luis de Pablo ,performed by Los Relámpagos ; El baile del bufón written by Ignacio Sánchez Campins , performed by Los Relámpagos ; Carmen composed by Georges Bizet . While his second picture ¨El Bosque Del Lobo¨ 1970 was competently directed by Pedro Olea , at his best . Being Winner : National Syndicate of Spectacle, Spain 1967 , Prize of the National Syndicate of Spectacle Best Music : Carmelo A. Bernaola . After that , for six years , Pedro Olea dedicated in advertising and documentary as "Guernica" , "River of Bilbao" and TV series as "Cuentos y Leyendas" and other about Basque themes . With "Un Hombre llamado Flor de Otoño" , Pedro Olea returns to shoot , thanks to subsidy of the Basque government . Subsequently , he made a trilogy about Madrid : "Tormento", "Pim Pam Pum Fuego" and "La Corea" . But his biggest hit were "A Man Called Flor de Otoño" with Jose Sacristan and "Fencing Master" or El Maestro de Esgrima with Asumpta Serna . He also directed "Bandera Negra" about weapon smuggling and a military thriller : " Morirás in Chafarinas" . And Olea made two movies dealing with witchery : " ¨La Leyenda del Cura de Bargota" and " Akelarre" and ¨La Conspiración¨, while "El Bosque del Lobo" 1970 is considered to be one of the best films in long and prestigious career. Rating : 3.5/10.
