The housekeeper's flashback to her arrival, capture, and attempted escape is full of continuity errors including two hair style changes and two clothing changes for her. When she splashes the hydrogen peroxide into the face of her captor, his face is obviously already wet from previous takes. He is also wearing a different, dry shirt once he catches her after the splashing.
When Bella the housekeeper first visits the captives in their cell she claps her right hand over her mouth as she realizes she has 'said too much' and, after a cut, removes her LEFT hand to continue speaking.
Bella the housekeeper is able to enter the cell where the three prisoners are kept, which she does multiple times, bringing them food and water. The three captives could easily overpower her, or just follow her out of the cave, yet instead they hatch a plan to have her smuggle them dynamite to blow up the cell bars.
