Elisabeta Bostan is a famous Romanian film director , screenwriter and university professor.She is born on 1 March 1931 in Buhusi. She is known internationally especially for wonderful children's movies :Memories of my childhood(1964),Veronica (1972),Mama (1976),Saltimbancii (1981),Fram (1983).She was married with Ion Bostan and Sandu Stoichita.She have a daughter Izabela Moldovan Bostan ,actress ,director and university professor.

Costache Ciubotaru was born on 28 June 1930 in Buhusi, Bacau, Romania. He was a cinematographer and writer, known for Zidul (1975), Comoara (1983) and Secretul cifrului (1960). He was married to Florence Fincer . He died on 23 April 2005 in Romania.
