Raised and educated in or around Ludlow in Shropshire.
Is also a stand-up comedian, and the regular compere at his own award winning XS Malarkey Comedy Club in Manchester. Also plays at The Comedy Store, The Frog and Bucket and many others. He won the very first Les Dawson Award in 2003.
Contarary to some opinions, he does NOT play himself in Phoenix Nights (2001) episode five. Just by coincidence, Peter Kay cast a comedian as a comedian, but the lines he uses and character he assumes were written by Kay and are nothing like Hadoke's stand-up or stage persona.
Is part of The Unbroadcastable Radio Show, a topical sketch show performed at The Comedy Store once a month (it was nominated for Best Touring Show and Best Comedy Writing at The North West Comedy Awards 2004).
Stage credits include: The Maniac in Accidental Death Of An Anarchist (Edinburgh) 1996; Angelo in the world premiere of Shumann's Genoveva (Opera North) 2000, Tom Snout in "A Midsummer Night's Dream" at The Royal Exchange Theatre, Manchester 2002, The EmCee in "Sherlock Holmes in Trouble" (Royal Exchange) and Freddie Miles in "The Talented Mr Ripley" (Dukes, Lancaster).- Actor

Ross Antony was born in Shropshire/England into an artistic family. At the age of three he was already performing on stage alongside his father. Later he attended the "Guildford School of Acting" near London. There he not only underwent professional vocal training but also extensive dance training in ballet, jazz, modern and tap dance and gained his diploma in 1995.
He performed in various pantomimes and musicals in England both during and after his training in Guildford. However, it wasn't until 1997 that the world premiere of "Catharine" finally brought him to Germany. After "Catharine" he went on to perform in various galas and shows, releasing his first solo CDs "And that's the way it is" and "Intimate".
His first title roles were in "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dream-coat" and "Tabaluga & Lilli". He also performed in the world premiere of "Mozart" in Vienna/Austria and during rehearsals for the 70s musical "Hair" he auditioned for the German version of "Popstars" and after several rounds became a member of the successful Pop and R'n'B band Bro'Sis.
The first single "I Believe" turned out to be the most successful newcomer release in Germany selling well over 1,500,000 copies altogether. This initial success was followed by several concert tours through Germany's club scene as well as their sold out "Never Forget" headliner tour in the largest venues in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. After being part of Germany's music business for over four years, Bro'Sis accumulated three albums, eight singles (most of which gaining Gold and Platinum status), eleven video clips, countless live TV appearances as well as awards like Bambi Award, Golden Europe Award, Viva Comet Award, Golden Bravo Otto and Top of the Pops Award.
After Bro'Sis, Ross decided to return to the musical stage, and in 2005 played the roles of Prince Rudolph in "Elizabeth" and Bobby C in "Saturday Night Fever" to critical acclaim.
In March 2007 Ross Antony's biography was published called "The Inside Me - Das Leben eines Popstars". The book not only covers his career, emotional highs and lows, and celebrity anecdotes, but also many private details that had never been revealed before. There was therefore much media attention on these revelations, particularly by German television and press. This included the TV series "Ross & Paul in Love" which documented the marriage of Ross Antony to his partner Paul Reeves, a British opera singer.
In January 2008 Ross Antony was chosen as one of the ten celebrities to enter the Jungle in the German version of "I'm a Celebrity - Get me out of here!". His amazing and courageous progress could be seen daily on primetime German TV and after 16 days, "Rambo Ross" was voted the winner of the show by millions of German TV viewers.
The insight in Ross's personality and the fact that he had won exploded like a bomb in the media both in Germany and England. For several months now Ross's schedule has been packed with interviews, television and radio shows - not only for the German media, but also for BBC, ITV and the Sun in England. He (co)hosted various shows for RTL, RTL2, VIVA and Comedy Central and was invited to be a guest on the most important shows on German TV. RTL not only presented Ross in numerous shows and reports, but also offered him three own TV shows: "Once in a Lifetime" ("Einmal im Leben - 30 Dinge, die ein Mann tun muss"), "The Singing Office" ("Die singende Firma") and "Ross in tierischer Mission".
In 2009 Ross proves that he has also been trained as a great actor with roles in the RTL soap operas "Gute Zeiten, schlechte Zeiten" and "Unter Uns" and the movie production "House of Boys". Ross's very own TV shows "Ross Antony - Der Geisterjäger" (Super RTL) and "Ross - Der Freundschaftsretter" (Pro7) impressed the audience with his sensitivity- Ross's unique talent and humor on the other hand are featured in
Next to his amazing career on German TV Ross Antony is still pursuing his musical aims: together with his partner, British opera singer Paul Reeves, Ross keeps performing at various concert and gala events, presenting duets that blend Pop and Opera and absolutely thrilling their fans. Next to their careers in music and show business, the couple is now also establishing another mainstay in England: "Little Gables" Bed & Breakfast.
Despite his success animal lover Ross is also committed to social issues: he regularly supports animal shelters near Stuttgart and Cologne, the German Heart Disease Center in Berlin and similar facilities.- Composer
