straight to the doggy bag
3 December 2022
Henry the elf (Kyle Massey) accidentally rides off with Santa's sleigh. It's 3 days before Christmas in Woodhaven, Minnesota. Christine (Kim Rhodes) is taking care of the celebrated Beethoven. She puts her son Mason (Munro Chambers) in charge who immediately takes advantage. John Cleese is The Narrator. Sylvester Smirch (Robert Picardo) is the greedy toy store owner and Kenny (Curtis Armstrong) is his assistant. Smirch finds Santa's magical sack in the middle of the road.

I saw the first two movies and I don't remember the dog talking. Kyle Massey was a thing for a while. I wouldn't know. I have never seen a single episode of "That's so Raven" or "Cory in the House". I don't find him that funny and there is no residual affection for the kid from his other works. I don't particularly care about the lead kid either. It would be funnier with a younger lead. I just think that Beethoven needs a cute little kid. This is a poor effort, but it's a straight-to-video sequel. No one is expecting anything more.
