Dr Porter is a lot softer than Dr. Know and sets much easier targets- 400-700 lbs- they cant lose 25-30 month. obviously they are still overeating. Casey, 0ver 700 lbs. blames his mother and father for his enormous size. His mother threw him out, lose weight & get a job. He bullies till he gets what he wants. He has no money no job, and depends on his parents. yes it's a whole family from 400-700 lbs- but Casey is the worse; can't take any responsibility. and he doesn't look like he's lost anything in months. eating 2 burgers and bun, that he admits to. he is angry at everyone. It's not his fault. "If they don't stop, I'm done " -he'll be the 900 man bed bound and dead by 40. 2 at 400, they look like 500. Casey finally gets serious-
