I saw The Batman back when it first came out In early 2022 in theaters, and it was my first movie in the theater since Avengers Endgame, and let me just say for my theater welcome back party, it did not disappoint. Battison was an absolutely phenomenal and well grounded rookie Batman that feels like the badass we know him as, the at the same time is still at the beginning of his career. The movie succeeded in all of the things it set out to be including the fact that Pattison's Character is still a ROOKIE BATMAN. This Riddler (whom I thought I wasn't going to like initially before seeing the film) was creepy, but charismatic and entertaining in its own right. Let's not forget the solid chemistry Batman had with Gordon and Catwoman, and the solid cliffhanger scene with the Penguin that would eventually lead into his own television show. The atmosphere of Gotham and the visuals were phenomenal and the overarching main theme of Bruce's father being affiliated with the Criminal Underworld & Gotham Corruption (the former being Something of which is rarely done in Batman media) overall made this film a solid success and solidified Pattison as my favorite live action Batman. I will never forget how loud the Batmobile revving up was!
