Luke Lane lives in his birthplace, Dallas, TX. He attended elementary and middle school at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic School and attended high school at Bishop Lynch High School. Luke says that he was born to be an actor even when he did not even realize it. He loved to perform skits at home and make (really bad) home films. During his sophomore year, Luke joined the school's musical program in their production of Once Upon a Mattress. It was at this moment when he realized his purpose. Luke has also performed in musicals such as High School Musical and Footloose He joined the Blackbox and has performed in classics such as Agatha Christie's The Hollow and Murder on the Nile, Oscar Wilde's The Importance of Being Earnest, and Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream. Luke is extremely grateful for his director, John Athas, who convinced him to join the Blackbox, which led him to realize his passion for the theater. At the end of Luke's high school career, he took a gap year to begin his dream as a filmmaker. He has partnered with Actor/Director/Writer Jericho Kean in productions such as Doctor Who: Regenerated as The Bowler Hat Doctor, The Lewis Edwin Chronicles as Grimbald Puddifoot, and The Adventures of Lance and Derek as Holden McGroinn, Douglass McNaught, and Garvin Bickle.
