Floribama Shore will not be returning to MTV.

The cabler has announced it will not proceed with the reality series's fifth season.

However, Deadline notes that "the future of the series is being evaluated" by the network.

Whether that means the show could end up at another outlet down the line, we don't know, but for now, the series is over.

Footage was shot at star Nilsa Prowant's wedding last year, which was said to be used in a fifth season.

TMZ reports that the series was set to return to filming earlier this year, but that it had been pushed back to Covid-19.

Now, there's no telling whether that footage will ever see the light of day.

Some of the cast members hinted there was unrest earlier this month when they shared Tweets that seemingly alleged they had yet to be paid by either the network or production company.

If reality television is one of your guilty pleasures, you’ve undoubtedly already heard about “Floribama Shore.” A successor to “Jersey Shore,” one of the OGs of reality TV, “Floribama Shore” follows the lives of young adults spending the summer in Panama City Beach, Florida – a party hub of the Gulf Coast.

Since its debut in 2017, the show has proven wildly popular, continuing for four seasons and hopefully gearing up for a fifth. Read on to learn more.

MTV’s “Floribama Shore” follows the lives of young adults as they spend the summer in the party-heavy Florida Panhandle. Cast members tend to be young, good-looking, and wild — proving to be quite the combination of entertaining traits for reality TV.

The picturesque setting is another plus for this series. The first two seasons of the show were filmed in Panama City Beach, while the third took place in St.

Floribama Shore finally has a return date at MTV.

The beloved series last aired almost a year ago, but it will finally return with its fourth season on Thursday, February 25 at 8/7c.

Jeremiah Buoni, Codi Butts, Aimee Hall, Kirk Medas, Nilsa Prowant, Candace Rice, and Gus Smyrnios will all be back for more insanity, but Kortni Gilson and Mattie Breaux are out of the series.

Gilson exited during Floribama Shore Season 3, but the door was seemingly left open for her return, while Breaux joined the cast last season and became a big hit with the fans.

MTV will have to apologize to a few more states for this one. Floribama Shore is officially returning for a fourth season next month, but rather than sending its cast back to Florida, the reality guilty pleasure is heading west.

The new season of Floribama Shore — which welcomes back all of the original housemates, save for Kortni Gilson, whose departure during Season 3 appears to be sticking — premieres Thursday, Feb. 25 at 8/7c.

 MTV Floribama Shore star Nilsa Prowant is going to be a mom.  The 26-year-old celeb is pregnant with her first child. Nilsa announced the big news on Instagram Wednesday, Dec. 9. "Even in the darkest of times the Lord still shines his light," she wrote. "Our greatest adventure is about to begin.." The mother-to-be also shared a photo of herself smiling with boyfriend Gus Gazda and baring her baby bump. If you watch Floribama Shore online, you know Prowant had a relationship early into the run of the show with Gus Smyrnios, her co-star.

Nilsa made her reality TV debut with Floribama Shore back in 2017, a spin-off of the wildly successful Jersey Shore franchise.

While MTV has not officially renewed Floribama Shore for a fourth season, Deadline recently reported that production was well underway.

But it hit a major snag after a positive Covid-19 test meant the show was put in limbo.

MTV’s “Floribama Shore” is moving further down the Florida coast from its Panama City home to St. Petersburg for Season 3, adding a new cast member along the way.

“Party Down South” star Mattie Lynn Breaux will join original castmates Jeremiah Buoni, Codi Butts, Kortni Gilson, Aimee Hall, Kirk Medas, Nilsa Prowant, Candace Rice and Gus Smyrnios to party even further down south on the “Jersey Shore” spinoff when the show returns on Thursday, Nov. 14.

On Jersey Shore: Family Vacation Season 3 Episode 1, we picked up with Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino's sentencing, and it was a difficult watch for fans of the series. 

"My heart is racing right now, but at the end of the day, I have to be prepared to hold my head high and face whatever's coming," Mike said on a somber note at the top of the season premiere. 

Thankfully, Mike's castmates were on hand when he arrived at Otisville Federal Correctional Institution in Otisville, New York to start his sentence. 

The paparazzi, his wife, and his castmates were all there for moral support. 

In a truly bizarre twist, the episode then went back in time to chronicle the events leading to that moment. 

Mike and Lauren wanted to get married quickly, so they would be able to seal their relationship before his stint in the big house kicked off.

The drama between Spencer Pratt and Brody Jenner reached boiling point on The Hills: New Beginnings Season 1 Episode 3. 

But what was the reason for their latest big bust-up?

Spencer was mad that his former friend was not drinking or partying like he used to. What was lost in Spencer was that this is almost a decade later, and many people start to grow up.

Nilsa Prowant, a cast member on the hit MTV series, Floribama Shore, was arrested on Saturday morning in St. Petersburg, according to TMZ. 

The outlet reported that the charges were disorderly conduct and exposure of sexual organs. 

It is alleged that the 25-year-old got so drunk that she flashed her breasts to a crowd below the balcony she and her friends were. 

The bad behavior was caught by some police officers who watched as the whole scenario played out. 

The report states that Prowant was asked to leave the area, but she did some more crazy things that riled up the officers and onlookers.

The premiere episode scored a 1.05 rating in P18-34, up 12% from the series premiere (.94) and +36% from the season one average (.77). Total viewership was up 16% from the series premiere and up 34% from the season one average.
