Based in Los Angeles, CA, postgraduate in screenwriting - UCLA TFT Professional Program, Cardoso directed and produced the short films Apollo (Winner - Gramado Cine Vídeo); Maybe and Let the Sunshine In, filmed in New York, where he studied Cinema at the New York Film Academy. He was also the director and screenwriter of the short films Fly A Way In LA (+10 festivals); Edward (+20 festivals; Winner of the Short Film Factory; Nominated for Best Screenwriter at the Prague Independent Film Festival).
For three years, he was the official entertainment columnist (Avianca Magazine) and film critic (Santander Bank blog). Credits in musical theater include Zorro - The Musical (Producer); Cabaret, Hello, Dolly! and Crazy For You! (Casting Producer).
With almost 20 years of experience in corporate events, he works for brands such as Google, Facebook, Mini Cooper, Unilever, Nestlé, among others, and international events like Coachella, Super Bowl and Monaco Grand Prix.
In his recent works in Film, highlights include: the screenplay for the yet-to-be-released international documentary by Brazilian singer Anitta, the production and screenplay of the thriller feature film Let Me Go! (2024), filmed in Los Angeles and the Lancaster, CA desert, and the direction, production, and screenplay of The Black Box (2024), a psychological thriller at Hollywood Hills, CA.
