Adam L. Flowers is an American actor, producer and filmmaker. Flowers arrived on the acting scene in 2014, taking on roles in numerous productions. He has since played in over 20 films including Lost Treasure of Jesse James (2019) and The Heist (2019). In 2021, Adams produced and starred in the short film "Safe Ride." Flowers' roles as Charner in the film Underneath (2022) and Agent Alpha in the 2023 release of Shakespeare's Mummy are sure to catapult him into the big leagues.
Adam is also the owner of Motivational Food for Thought, a health and wellness company designed to motivate people to get in and stay in physical shape, but seek balance and health in their minds and spirits as well. His clients receive health education, self defense workouts, weight training, meditation practices, and more. Through this work, Flowers also gets actors in physical shape for acting roles.
Prior to acting, Flowers was a Mixed Martial Artist who participated in over 20 fights, winning numerous belts and trophies. A native of Indianapolis, Flowers relocated to Saint Louis, MO in 1989 and currently resides there with his family.
