Pamela Bob is an award winning Actor based in NYC.
On Broadway, she was seen in the 2015 Tony Award nominated Best Play, Hand to God as well as the lead roles in the 2014 Tony Award Winner for Best Musical, A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder.
Pamela also starred as the hilarious Clarice M. Starling in the cult hit Off-Broadway show, Silence! The Musical, a parody of Silence of the Lambs, which Time Magazine named one of the top 10 must see shows in NYC.
Pamela received the Talkin' Broadway Best Actress Award for her work in People Like Us, which was written and conceived for her by writer/composer Todd Almond and directed by Moritz Van Stuelpnagel. She received awards for Best Actress for productions of George Bernard Shaw's Heartbreak House as well as her riveting portrayal of June Carter Cash in Wildwood Flowers: The June Carter Cash Story.
Pamela's extensive commercial work includes Verizon, Coca- Cola and Panasonic.
An award-winning screenwriter, Pamela's original series, , Livin' On a Prairie, is a witty, surprising, and earnest exploration of one woman's obsession with Little House on the Prairie, and how her love of the program infects her daily life. The show was an official selection of the Tribeca TV Festival, HollyWeb Fest and Lift-Off Fest, and won best TV series at the LA International Film Fest. Pamela's trademark intensity and comedic timing won her the Best Actress award at the LA International Film Festival.
In addition, to live performance, Pamela recorded a well-received solo-album: Pamela Bob Sings the Mandel and Lydon Songbook. Other featured recordings include Meet John Doe with Ensemble Broadway Records, and NEO: New, Emerging, Outstanding! with Jay Records.
Pamela has an B.F.A. from the University of Cincinnati College- Conservatory of Music, as well as a background studying with the H. Meyer Studio (Strasberg), the Oxford School of Drama, Improvisation with the New Actors Workshop and The Studio with Brad Calcaterra.
