Gabe is known for the many shows for which he has written theme music, as well as his work on the five-time Emmy-winning Netflix Ask the StoryBots (2016) franchise and his original score for Waffles + Mochi's Restaurant (2022), starring Michelle Obama. He has penned songs and score for dozens of shows, and has also contributed to pop records including Adam Lambert's The Original High and the Vamps' Wake Up, under the moniker Thrice Noble. Gabe has been prolific in advertisement scoring as well, contributing music to seven Super Bowl commercials. Gabe has served as a panelist in the ASCAP "I Create Music" Expo for commercial music, as well as at ASCAP's Musical Theatre Fest in 2023.
He resides in Los Angeles with his wife and four children.
