Taylor Bracewell hails from Atlanta, Georgia and moved to Shreveport, Louisiana in early 2015 to further her career as a filmmaker, taking advantage of the network and opportunities provided by the Louisiana Film Prize. She has since gone on to win numerous awards and accolades for her short films "Polterguys" (2015) and "Candyland" (2017) as writer & director and awards for her cinematography in "Hangman" (2015). She has been a Top 20 finalist in the Louisiana Film Prize every year since 2014 and has won awards in the Founders Circle, Best Visual Effects and Top 5 Filmmaker Grants. She has received multiple awards and recognition at film festivals across the globe for her directing and cinematography work.
