Betsey started off her career as an actress very young where she acted in her first play at the age of 9. She started out in a youth drama group at her church where she fell in love with the craft. She acted all the way through college reprising roles such as Annie and Nellie from "South Pacific".
She obtained a degree from Colorado Film School in writing/directing to learn about the other side of the business, but when she got done her love acting took over and she resumed her craft. Today she has taken on roles such as Bad Betty in "Les'adventures de Bad Betty and Jennifer in "One Soul can make a difference."
