Francis Reid Galluppi was born on November 17th, 1988 in Los Angeles, California. He is a writer, director, producer, editor, and music composer, known for High Desert Hell (2019), The Gemini Project (2020), and The Last Stop In Yuma County (2023).
Galluppi's first short film, High Desert Hell, went on to win several awards, including the "Wes Craven Award" at the Catalina Film Festival in 2019. The Gemini Project, Galluppi's follow-up film, won "Best Science Fiction/Fantasy Short Film'' at the Burbank International Film Festival in 2020.
