Bruce Baek is an American actor born in South Korea and raised in Glen Rock, New Jersey. He is an alumnus of the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute® in New York City, where he received a full academic scholarship from Anna Strasberg. He studied under legendary teachers in the Method acting. Subsequently, Bruce was trained in the world-renowned the Adler technique by some of his closest Hollywood mentors and was selected to join the Stella Adler Technique Teachers Program, curated by Tom Oppenheim, the Artistic Director of the Stella Adler School of Acting in New York City.
Bruce's recent roles have showcased his talent and significantly impacted the entertainment industry. In the Emmy Award-winning TV series "The Flight Attendant," he portrayed the complex character of Hak Oh-Seong, a top North Korean assassin/spy, with such depth and precision that it earned him widespread acclaim. His portrayal of Du-Ho in "Monarch: Legacy of Monsters," the first-ever central Korean character created by Legendary Monsterverse and the Godzilla franchise, has garnered international recognition and solidified his status as a versatile actor.
In his free time, Bruce enjoys strolling the streets of New York City with his family or relaxing with his favorite cup of coffee under the Southern California sun.
