Bralalalala
- Music Artist
Bralalalala is not the kind of transgender woman who would ever claim to be a first year woman. Bralalalala is however, Hollywood's first nominated and award winning always openly transgender personality (see Los Angeles Music Awards years 2000,2005 and 2015). Bralalalala's persona and music have routinely not been compared in sound and expression to anyone else to have ever written music or to have been in the entertainment business. Bralalalala's latest albums with the drummer of Megadeth have been hidden on social media even though the albums are the best in that style of music. Musically, one can expect a long list of creatively strewn melodies throughout each song, with guitars, bass and drums prevalent. As a singer, Bralalalala provides a high pitched voice for justice and meaning in life. Lyrically, the songs work accordingly, covering topics of trans rights, equality, feminism and social justice. Many of the songs of Bralalalala also deal in the emotional details of life which people of any community could relate to. Bralalalala, unlike many of today's best selling artists, writes the entirety of all of her own songs as a solo artist. Bralalalala has condemned the Grammy's for making its first trans awardee in 2023, over 20 years after Bralalalala's first award nomination at another Hollywood Music Award show, a trans singer for dancing in a cage surrounded by captors with a "performance award." That singer was awarded for this "performance" duet singing another artist's song while the trans artist has an album calling herself a slut who makes slut pop with lyrics any amateur porn writer could make. That artist recently claimed to be the first artist to perform with sperm plastered on her face. Bralalalala meanwhile is an artist that wants to promote respect for trans women. While a natural dose of sensuality is great entertainment, balance and class is key in the artistic view of Bralalalala. Bralalalala believes the Grammy's still do not respect trans women in their choice of alleged talent to promote. Truly talented trans women have strong personalities who stand up for themselves in a society that has often discriminated them in employment, often subjecting them to unwanted sex work, or being seen as nothing more than brainless objects. It is also true that Bralalalala first became known as an openly trans artist in the 1990's, not due to getting a sex change or due to be closeted, but due to her music alone. This shows that Bralalalala's music is quality appreciated on its own merit. Bralalalala has appeared in many international publications and a large number of top radio stations but has only played a small number of live shows to date, the first of which occurred in the countries of Holland, Belgium and Germany. In part, this is due to lack of live players able to play the complex music of Bralalalala. Bralalalala released three major label standard studio albums in 2018 produced by Chris Rakestraw and featuring Dirk Verbeuren on drums who have worked with other well known artists most notably Megadeth. These historic albums have been widely censored in a rock music industry that still has not signed never closeted trans singers to major labels. Free speech of Bralalalala is regularly banned, for example the Twitter and X platforms both banned @bralalalala while X says any mention of Bralalalala in social topics is considered "spam" or "manipulating conversations,"and removes accounts discussing Bralalalala generally on this farcical basis. Bralalalala has fought the real fight for trans in real life from the beginning, being openly trans since teens and never benefiting career wise by being closeted, fighting off made up allegations by prejudiced people, including claims Bralalalala is in the mob and has killed many, claimed by the Iron Man 1/2, etc., supervising art director David F. Klassen to cover up his sex assault of the singer, in a trial he lost in civil court. Media, who began a "me too," movement after this case, never reported the results of the case nor that the director is on the run and owes Bralalalala millions after losing the trials including the director's attempt to sue the singer for extortion. The lack of media reporting on the case notes both disregard for trans victims of sex assault and the couch cast for fame modus that has so often been the norm in the entertainment industry, with many actresses achieving fame that way still celebrated widely today. The director's false allegations inspired false subsequent criminal harassment misdemeanor charges by bigoted so called "sex assault investigation," police from that case, whose charges were always dropped by the DA with no trial even being needed. Bralalalala then sued the Newport Beach, California police for these false arrests and for the Orange County Sheriff not respecting the gender identity of trans in jails. California courts concluded that police are entitled to maliciously prosecute citizens and have immunity from liability under California government code 821.6. Although the US Supreme Court ignored Bralalalala's case against police for reassigning her legal gender of female in jail during one of these false misdemeanor arrests, Orange County was later sued again for their transphobic policy of disrespecting the gender of trans people in police custody. The county then finally changed the policy in 2022 so trans in custody do not face disproportionately dangerous circumstances in jails as from other inmates. The Iron Man supervising art director etcetera
false allegations on websites he made about Bralalalala not only played a role in that ordeal, it also impacted discussions between Bralalalala and long time Elton John drummer Charlie Morgan when discussing the drummer playing Bralalalala music in 2011 as the drummer's girlfriend read the director's libel sites and actually believed them. The director lost lawsuits also on charges of libel.Trans were not in the media respectfully when Bralalalala was nominated Best National Act at the Los Angeles Music Awards in 2000. Bralalalala, as a result, at that time was, instead of celebrating the music more, then abruptly placed on an ABC program called, "Moral Court," amid dislike about her gender by her Hollywood Publicist. It was on that program Bralalalala was told by Larry Elder (later the 2021 California Governor Candidate), she was "arrogant and self righteous not to expect to be discriminated against in the music business," based on her gender identity and appearance. Metoo and trans movements have occurred since then, but Bralalalala is clearly a pioneer in these civil rights areas let alone in original music. Bralalalala supports the trans revolution for sex equality, an angle rarely discussed in the media. Ironically, but not surprisingly, despite paying the social prices in the music industry and beyond of never being closeted as a transgender woman, including living openly for over 15 years before transgender people were protected from employment and housing discrimination in California, let alone other parts of the United States whose protections generally came much later, Bralalalala never won a bravery award, let alone appropriate recognition for her industry talents, as the now often celebrated entertainment industry cisgender career benefited, transgender closet cases to fame have. In fact, Bralalalala gave testimony in Calfornia's first trans rights hearing by city officials in San Francisco in 1994 with the Human Rights Commission present. In 1995, the city of San Francisco announced it would begin legal protections for transgender people based on the testimony given at that 1994 hearing. The rest of the country came much later. Bralalalala has a unique story that won't be replaced. Bralalalala has completed a new album in January 2024 entitled, "Intangibles," with the same team as prior albums, and hopes to play live shows in 2024 with qualified musicians able to perform the material. Society still has a long way to go but is moving in the right direction. Bralalalala recently released a music video filmed in New York discussing the topic of discrimination still rampant in the rock music business against transgender singers.
