Ushna Shah is a Canadian-Pakistani actor from a Family of artists who have been involved in the industry in Pakistan from theatre to film. A student of the Stanislavsky method Ushna has been performing in theatre in Canada since a very young age partaking in the works of Shakespeare, Andrew Lloyd Webber as well as British farces. Known for her versatility, for adding layers to characters, her improvisation skills, her drive to understand the crux of each character she plays and her dedication to her craft, Ushna shah is a well known face not just in the south Asian and diaspora markets but also across the border. Ushna is an animal rights activist in Pakistan as well as a WWF Goodwill ambassador.
