Krystina Bojanowski
- Actress
Krystina grew up on the west coast of Canada, under the shadow of the Rocky Mountains. Descended from Tsarist officer and Olympic wrestling stock, singing was her first passion (Diana Krall), and she got her start performing in musical theatre. Shakespeare was a natural progression, which led to training at the National Theatre School of Canada. One of six women accepted, she trained in classical text, voice, and creation-based Grotowski physical theatre.
She has appeared onscreen on CBC, CBS, and Netflix in shows such as Moira Walley-Beckett's "Anne with an E", as well as award-winning short films. She's performed the classics on stages across the country; highlights include Iago in "Othello", as well as a contemporary queer Juliet.
Having trained as an actor with Patsy Rodenburg (OBE), she is also an accredited Patsy Rodenburg Associate, coaching others to reclaim their natural presence.
Outside of acting, Krystina loves to kayak and dirty every pan in the kitchen; she also has her firearms license. She believes in pleasure, mischief, and adding a little bit of lemon to everything.
