Singer and songwriter of the British indie-pop band London Grammar, which formed in 2009.

She suffers from stage fright. To combat this, she practices EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).

Attended the University of Nottingham, where she studied English and art history. During her time there, she met Dan Rothman, who would later become the guitarist of her band London Grammar.

After earning a drama scholarship, she was planning to pursue an acting career.
