- James Y. Kim is a Korean-American writer & director whose films have been featured on PBS and film festivals across the US. He is a playwright and member of the Dramatists Guild. He is known for writing roles that underscore his actor's talents. His short film, "After Her", was nominated for Best Actor in 2016 at the Milledgeville Film Festival. It featured no dialogue and required specific body movements which suited his actor, Jozef Zaragoza, well because he is a professional dancer. James is also a playwright, and his short plays have been performed in Portland, OR where he was born, raised, and resides.
