Stephany Liriano

Stephany Liriano is a dominican actress, born and raised in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. She began her acting career in 2010 as a regular in the hit comedy TV series "Ex esposos, vecinos y rivales". Debuted on the big screen in the movie Ponchao (2013). In 2014, she landed a double role in the Dominican-Puertorican co-production comedy, "Los Domirriqueños", where she played both Emma and Simon, a male character. Los Domirriqueños is regarded as the highest grossing film of all times in Puerto Rico.
In 2015, she played the lead female in the mexican romantic comedy "Cinderelo" where she shared screen time with latin stars, William Levy and Miguel Rodarte. After that we've seen her as lead in local dramas such as "Patricia, El Regreso del Sueño" (2016) and "Colours" (2018), the latter giving Stephany her first nomination for "Best actress" in local "La Silla Awards" (2019)".
With her career on the rise, Stephany became internationally recognized for her role in the latin american hit comedy "Qué León" (2018) and sequel "Los Leones" (2019), starring reguetón pop star Ozuna. Both films are the only dominican productions available on Netflix.
Since then, Stephany has been working nonstop in films like "15 horas' 'which was awarded Best Film by Premios Signis in the Malaga Film Festival and "Sol en el Agua" filmed in Pinewood Studios. Films yet to be released include"Ain't Fácil", "Infatuation" and "Winter Ball".
