James Lucas(IX)

James Lucas is an Academy Award winning writer and producer. After graduating from film school, being a Writer/Researcher at Talkback Television and an Assistant Editor at Tank Magazine, Lucas began working at Ridley Scott's RSA Films. In 2013 he co-wrote and produced the short film The Phone Call with director Mat Kirkby and starring Sally Hawkins and Jim Broadbent. The film went on to win16 international film festival awards including Best Narrative Short at Tribeca Film Festival. This culminated Lucas and Kirkby winning the Oscar for Best Live Action Short Film in 2015.
