Katherine Legge
Katherine Legge is widely recognized as one of the world's fastest female drivers, having one of the most diverse careers in all of motorsports. In 2023, she broke the record to become the fastest woman qualifier for the Indy 500 in the 107-year history. She brought NSX its first ever win worldwide in Detroit (2017) and currently competes full time in an Acura NSX GT3 in the North America portage sports car category of IMSA (sports car racing). Katherine is a British-born racer who became the first woman to win a developmental open-wheel race in North America after moving to the U.S. from Britain. After besting F1 driver Kimi Raikkonen's long-standing lap record, she became just the second woman offered a F1 test in 2005. She has secured 3 championships, 6 race wins, and 15 podium results in her professional driving career. In her free time, she is a Girl Scouts STEM Ambassador and enjoys skiing, cycling, training and competing in triathlons, yoga and is a proud vegan athlete.
