Mia King is an actor born in Austin, Texas. At 3 years old, she began learning dance at her mother's traditional Chinese dance academy. Her mother grew up in Taiwan, and her father is of German and French heritage. Mia is bilingual, fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
Mia began playing piano at 4 years old, violin at 6 years old, and flute at 11 years old. At 16, she made her Carnegie Hall violin soloist debut. During that trip to New York, she saw her first Broadway show and became inspired to pursue theatre. Upon returning home, she made her professional theatre debut in 'The King & I' at ZACH Theatre.
After interning on Broadway at the Manhattan Theatre Club, Mia returned to Austin and shot her first feature film, Marisol. Her recent feature films include Momma Bird, The Wild Man, and Lifetime Channel's Spinning Out of Control.
