Billy Wayne Plemons III is an American cinematographer best known for his work on Red River (2018), Sunrise (2018), and The Burden of Choice (2017). He always wanted to be a filmmaker, therefore he began his career at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas, where he often collaborated with directors Jordan Brown and Richard Dillon Glass.
