Jaxon Jensen

Jaxon Jensen is an award winning and internationally recognized singer and actor born and raised in British Columbia, Canada.
Jaxon studied Opera Performance at UBC in Vancouver, before moving to London, England where he became a resident artist at the Phoenix Arts Club in the West End. He is also a known and respected artist in Mexico City where he has performed everything from classical music to Banda (Mexican regional music), and was heavily engaged in the local film industry. Jaxon was subsequently invited to train and perform as an artist in residence at Staatsoper Berlin in Germany under the direction of such voices as Simone Easthope, Paull Anthony Keightley and Thomas Johnson.
Jaxon is a full UBCP/ACTRA member and has worked in the Canadian film & television industry from childhood to present day. He is also a coach, instructor, and adjudicator.
Notable awards and recognitions for Jaxon include the Country Gospel Music Association Young Performer of the Year award, the Pauline Legg Scholarship for Musical Excellence, as well as numerous regional, provincial, and national prizes in classical voice and musical theatre.
Always eager to make people laugh, but equally capable of leaving them in tears, Jaxon is a true entertainer in every sense. His charismatic charm draws the full attention of an audience, and his empathetic interpretation of text will hold it there.
