Born in rural North Carolina in 1992, Blair Hoyle spent much of his youth in front of a television screen. A brash and often outspoken young man, Hoyle received equal amounts of praise and criticism for writing and producing the horror-comedy anthology "Night Whispers." A polarizing movie that satirizes independent film festivals, the no-budget production won numerous awards on the festival circuit. His directorial debut, "Happy Endings Are a Rarity," was released in 2017 to positive reviews.
