Diti was born on 31 March 1965 in Narayanganj, East Pakistan [now in Narayanganj, Bangladesh]. She was an actress and producer, known for Swami Stree (1987), Papi Shatru (1995) and Bir Bikram (1989). She was married to Sohel Chowdhury and Ilias Kanchan. She died on 20 March 2016 in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
