Ion Banceanu is a Romanian film and theatre actor .He was born on October 2, 1946 in Bucuresti, Romania. He graduated from Institute of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography in 1969.In 1973, he plays first role in the movie Sageata capitanului Ion.. Play on the stage of the theater ''Lucia Sturdza Bulandra'' in Bucuresti.
