Amy Emily Stack, born Amy Beth Skolnick on January 13, 1973 in Bronx, New York.
Her father, Herbert Skolnick was a letter carrier at a post office in the Bronx. He met Amy's mother, Elaine Gelb, a postal clerk
that worked at the same post office. They were married as of June 9th,1972.
Amy is the youngest of four. When Amy was 14, her and her mother moved out to Long Island, NY. Amy went to high school in Levittown, NY, where she participated in her school's theater class, and played her first lead role in a one act play titled 'Sorry, Wrong Number', where she played an invalid woman who overhears a murder being planned on the telephone with crossed wiring. She finds out that she is the intended victim when it was too late. That's when Amy knew that acting was her calling. She got accepted to a performing arts school for her junior and senior year.
She took up acting in Drama and Musical Theater and had done various stage performances. She had also taken up Drama in her first year of college and received more stage experience there as well. Ever since she was a young girl, she has always aspired to be
an actress. She has recently gotten experience doing background work, including a featured role on the TV show, 'The Night Shift'. Amy hopes to become a successful actress in movies and TV in the very near future. One of her biggest desires is to star in a horror movie. Amy currently lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico with her two children.
