Martine Roquebrune is a writer, director and actress. She graduates from Concordia University in International Business Management and writes a Master's in International Security at the University of St. Andrews, in Scotland. Martine joins the Foreign Service and becomes a diplomat, serving in the Philippines, Sri Lanka and Russia.
After studying screenwriting and film making - with acclaimed Quebec director Lea Pool - Martine writes and directs her first short film, Jasmin et Macarons. In 2015, the film is an official selection - and has its world premiere - at the Raindance Film Festival, in London.
Martine has lead roles in two award winning short films: Algebra from director and filmmaker Jith Paul and in a France-Quebec co-production, Les heures blanches
