On 10th April, 2012 at approximately 9:30 a.m., Henry suffered a Grand Mal seizure. His mother, Karyn Kay, called 911 seeking assistance for Henry. During the phone call, Henry began assaulting her. It is unclear if he was still having a seizure, or just coming out of the seizure. Karyn Kay sustained several severe injuries and later succumbed to those injuries that afternoon. He was indicted by a New York Grand Jury and charged with second degree murder. The case is currently pending.
