John Austin Wiggins

John is a journeyman actor whose first national TV appearance came a few months after moving to NYC, when he appeared on an episode of Candid Camera with Alan Funt. He has since appeared in numerous independent, short, and graduate films, features (Top Five, Delivering the Goods, Maggie Black), TV series (Bull, The Flowers, Black Box) and digital series (The Deep State, Space Available). He has also been a producer on several of those short films and digital series. He also writes plays, screenplays, and teleplays.

A renaissance man, John also holds a degree in Cultural Anthropology/Asian Studies from Rutgers University (Highest Honors; Phi Beta Kappa), studied Mandarin Chinese on scholarship at Taiwan Normal University, has worked as a pastry chef for fining dining restaurants in NYC and New Jersey, and has taught Simonson Jazz Technique around the world.
