After a violent home invasion cost her a child a year ago, traumatized mother Ava agrees to a rustic getaway on the 4th of July with her husband Neil and son Dakota in hopes of putting back the pieces of their lives and, more importantly, being away from any memories, any reminders about what happened a year ago. Los Angeles City Attorney Mike Feuer on Monday filed plea agreements for another company and individual indicted in a massive pay-to-play audition scandal, bringing the tally of such deals to nearly a dozen.

Live2Act (known as Your Studio Productions) has agreed to plead guilty to violations of the Labor Code, admitting it willfully charged an artist for an audition or employment opportunity. The company will pay a fine of $5,000 and agreed to 36 months of probation in which it cannot operate a talent training service.
