Born in Haifa, Israel, Sivan moved with her family to America at the age of 9. Sivan found her love for the arts after attending a theater presentation of "The Lion King" at a young age, and soon thereafter, acting became her way of understanding the new life around her within the American culture. As she grew up, she began auditioning and performing in plays such as Shakespeare's "A Midsummer Night's Dream" and "The Hobbit" at local theaters. After achieving recognition on stage, Sivan continued her pursuit of the craft by attending AEC studios in Denver, Colorado where she studied acting for the camera while simultaneously auditioning and working within the Denver film community.
Upon graduating from high school, Sivan transitioned to Los Angeles, California where she continued her study of the arts with master coaches such as Margie Haber, David Gray, John Rosenfeld, and "The Notebook" casting director Matthew Barry. She began doing what all aspiring actors in Los Angeles do, and fought her way up the chain, working in independent films and commercials. Her latest work can be seen in the upcoming post-apocalyptic action film, "The Reckoning," where she plays the fearless lead seeking vengeance for her family's death while restoring order to the world around her. The film's trailer premiered at AOF Film Fest in late 2015 where it was also nominated for "best trailer." It received a second nomination at the Austin Revolutionary Film Festival weeks later where it took home the award.
