Karel van Bellingen is a director/editor hailing from Brussels,
Belgium. Planning a career in filmmaking since early childhood, he
spent five years at university earning degrees in social sciences and
cultural studies before moving to London. There he attended the London
Film School specializing in editing and directing. Karel still lives
and works in London and mainly edits narrative fiction. He has also cut
several documentary films and composed scores.
