Diana Elizabeth Torres is a Mexican actress originally from Culiacán, Sinaloa. She graduated from Casazul Performing Arts Mexico. Diana starred as the lead in the award-winning film *East Side Sushi*, directed by Anthony Lucero, which won multiple awards including Best Film and the Audience Award at the Napa Valley Film Festival, Cinequest, San Francisco, Hola Mexico. It received excellent reviews from *The Hollywood Reporter*, *Los Angeles Times*, *Variety*, and others. *East Side Sushi* earned her the Diosa de Plata (one of Mexico's top film awards) for her performance as Juana and was distributed worldwide on online platforms such as HBO, Sony, Netflix, Amazon, and iTunes.
In Mexico, she participated in films such as *Kada Kien Karma* (Warner), *Archivo Muerto* (Televisa), and *Bienes Raíces* TV Series by Canal Once. In the United States, she has appeared in feature films such as *Private Number* with Tom Sizemore, *Cleaner* by Masami Kawai, and most recently, *The Memory in My Heart* by Marc Martinez, and *A Little Family Drama* by Nadia Zoe.
