A professional British-South Asian Actor, Danny Sura is fluent in Hindi, Punjabi and English. Born and raised in Birmingham, Danny moved to Mumbai in 2011 to work in the Bollywood entertainment industry. Since arriving he has worked across all platforms including stage, film, video on demand, television and more. 2023 has been Danny's most prolific year yet, seeing the release of 'IB 71' which opened to great reviews and stars Vidyut Jammwal and Anupam Kher. His first international feature film 'Footprints on Water' (with Adil Hussain) having its world premiere at this year's New York Indian Film Festival and having its European premiere at UKAFF 2023. Danny has filmed for three web series which will release in 2024 on major OTT platforms.
Danny is closing off 2023 with the release of his feature film 'Out of Time' (in which he plays a triple role; main protagonist). Danny is married to 'RRR' actress Ahmareen Anjum, and both run acting workshops and do casting through their company Act With Confidence.
